Carol A. Wetovich lives and works in beautiful and historic Annapolis, Maryland with two cats and a flourishing garden. Carol graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She also attended the Academy of Art College in San Francisco, Otis/Parsons School of Design in Los Angeles, and recently the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore.

After many successful years as a camera operator in the television and film industry, with credits including HBO’s “The Wire”, ABC’s “Spin City” and the Academy Awards, Carol finally retired her camera and began to pursue her true passion, creating art.

Trained as a traditional painter in oils, acrylics, and watercolors, Carol is introducing new digital media and techniques into her art. Many of her pieces incorporate both traditional and digital media, through the use of scanned images, Corel Painter, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
